Process

The unique process used in the packaging for LaFresca® products is called High Pressure Processing. We use water pressure - equivalent to 5-6 times the pressure found at the bottom of the ocean – and this eliminates any naturally occurring pathogens (the ones that can cause food deterioration).

This process gives LaFresca® products the advantage of being free from additives and preservatives. The result - a product that is Always Ripe - Always Ready.
