Spicy beef burger with guacamole

- Burger baps, toasted
- 50g guacamole
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Handful of lettuce leaves
- Pre-made beef burger (or make your own with cooked onion, beef, your favourite herbs and a little mustard)
- Tablespoon of chilli oil
- Grill your burger as packet instructions (or for 7-10 minutes each side on a medium heat)
- Top the burger bap with some guacamole, and add the cooked burger. Drizzle over a little chilli oil and top with sliced tomato and lettuce.
- Serve with some home-made chunky chips or a leafy salad
