Blue cheese, Roquito® pepper & chunky avocado pannini

- 2 plain panini rolls
- 150g chunky avocado pulp
- Sliced Roquito® peppers
- 100g blue cheese, such as Stilton
- Slice the paninis in half and spread the avocado pulp over the bottom half.
- Add the sliced Roquito® peppers ontop of the avocado and top with small bits of blue cheese
- Put on the panini top half and serve.
