Tuna, cucumber & chunky avocado sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 1 can cook tuna
  • Cucumber half, cut into thin slices
  • 100g chunky avocado pulp
  • 4 slices white bread
  • Squeeze of mayonnaise
Instructions:
  1. Drain the tuna and mix with a little mayonnaise
  2. Lay the bread slices out and spread the avocado pulp over each slice.
  3. Top each slice with the cucumber slices and add the tuna/mayonnaise mixture, spreading evenly.
  4. Carefully fold the slices together, cut into triangles and serve.
